For my dautherI bought this for my niece for a birthday/great job in school gift. She is super excited to get it when I see her again. I was her age when I had the original version of this dollSamantha arrived at the earliest possible date and in time for me to be able to give it to my daughter for Christmas. The doll was in new condition and in the box as described.Gift for our granddaughter and she absolutely loved it, especially the book that came with it.It was a gift for my girlfriend for Christmas as it was a great present she wanted since she was a little girl. She loved it. It came in amazing quality and packaging.The doll was back-ordered at the American Girl Store until Feb. I found it on Amazon a few weeks before the Holidays and was able to send it to a very happy 7 year old in time for the Holiday.The doll arrived safe and sound! It’s lovely. The only thing that was a bit unusual is that there was no net covering the doll’s hair.The other two American Girl dolls that my daughter owns had a net and their hair was in place.Expensive but my daughters love these dolls and play with them often , my girls are 7, 4, 3. I don't know much about dolls but they look nice. I don't know if its really the kids or the wife who like to dress the kids to look like the dolls but someone is always dressed like the dolls around here. The quality of the dolls and facial features are good. I am no expert, but am satisfied with the entertainment value of the dolls.Questa bambola è veramente molto bella,meglio dal vero che dalla foto di presentazione!!
